Choose a venue that has both an indoor & outdoor area – With the British summer being highly unpredictable, you can never 100% know if the weather is going to be baking hot or a wash out. Bug repellent – If your summer wedding is outdoors it may be worth having some bug repellent at hand. Especially if you are near water.
Air conditioning – If your summer wedding is indoors it may be worth asking the venue to turn the air conditioning on during your event, to keep guests cool.
