Put simply, Venue dressing is the process of transforming a venue to meet the needs and the theme of an event. For example, if a hotel conference room is being used for a wedding party the venue may be dressed with drapes, table centrepieces, chair covers, bows and uplighting. These props help to transform a bland room into something straight out of the bride’s dreams. Another example of venue dressing would be dressing a village hall for a birthday party. This could be achieved using an LED dance floor, photo booth, red carpet, props and more.
